Three very different places taught me three very different things. At 72andSunny, it was culture and craft. At BCG X, it was strategic speed under pressure. At Bank of America, it was what leadership looks like when the stakes and scale are big. Together, those experiences shaped the way I think and the kind of leader I try to be today.

2021 — PRESENT

One of the world's leading financial institutions, serving nearly 70 million clients across consumer banking, wealth management, and investment banking.

Achievements
Design and Product Leadership
Responsible for Consumer Sales and Onboarding design — and for building a team that makes consequential work feel purposeful. Currently leading the team through one of design's most exciting transitions: the shift to AI-augmented ways of working.
Account Opening Transformation
We redesigned multiple consumer account opening experiences, evolving it from a rigid, linear flow into a flexible, modular UX system that dynamically adapts to user needs, product types, and regulatory requirements.
Digitally-enabled sales grew from ~49% of total Consumer Banking sales in 2021–2022 to 55% for the full year 2024
Reached a record 69% in Q4 2025 — equating to 1.9 million digitally-enabled sales in that quarter alone investor.bankofamerica ↗
The improvements delivered a more modern, efficient account opening journey while contributing to higher conversion, reduced friction, and sustained growth in new account acquisition through digital channels.
Family Banking: Our First Financial Product for Families
We designed Bank of America's first family-focused banking product, creating end-to-end digital experiences for both parents and children in one cohesive ecosystem.
Addressed the challenge of serving two distinct audiences by delivering parental controls and oversight alongside an age-appropriate experience for kids under 16. The solution launched in September 2024 with nationwide rollout completed by December 2024, enabling parents to open accounts and manage spending directly in the mobile app.

Guided multidisciplinary design teams from early-stage research to commercialization, bringing new ventures to life for Fortune 500 clients.

Design Leadership & Team Development
Led teams of product designers on projects spanning North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Maintained 3–4 direct reports at a time, responsible for coaching, performance reviews, and career development. Built design teams to support each project — scaling up and down as needed, including hiring and managing vendor employees.
Leveraged Emerging Technologies
Researched, prototyped, and set visions for the future across a broad range of emerging technologies — from AI and conversational design to AR/VR — tackling complex commercial and industrial challenges for Fortune 500 clients.
15+ Ventures from Concept to Commercialization
AI Knowledge Engine
Partnered with one of the world's largest customer support providers to innovate with AI. Designed, tested, and piloted AI-assisted agent support software. Prototyped conversational interfaces directly into consumer devices to demonstrate possible futures.
On-Demand Propane Delivery & Mobile Gas Fueling — UAE
Partnered with one of the largest energy companies in the world to design and launch two digital products: one that brings propane directly to customers' homes, and another that meets drivers on the road to fuel their cars. Took both products from pure concept to in-market.
Financial Product Innovation — US, Canada, Germany
Worked with banks across the world to deliver valuable solutions for their clients. Ventures included innovations in treasury management, robo-advisory, retirement investing, and youth banking.
Medical Technology — US
Partnered with one of the world's largest medical technology companies to design an AI-powered conversational platform for diabetes management — grounding the work in deep research to uncover and address the unmet needs of people living with the condition.
Emergency Response — US Gov
Partnered with a state government to design and launch a COVID-19 response site within weeks of the pandemic hitting. Built for speed, the platform prioritized rapid access to critical resources and information — helping residents navigate an unprecedented crisis as it unfolded in real time.
Car Sharing Marketplace — US
Partnered with one of the world's largest insurance companies to design a peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace — with automatic coverage built into every trip. Launched at airports nationwide. Rated 4.7 on iTunes with 1.6k reviews.

Achievements
Brand Websites & Digital Campaigns
Led end-to-end UX design on brand websites, digital events, and campaigns — collaborating with creative technologists, brand designers, and content writers to bring bold ideas to life. Owned projects from brief to launch, including hiring design talent, managing budgets, and executing hands-on.
Built the UX Practice from the Ground Up
Joined as the first full-time UX hire and helped shape the practice into a real discipline — designing hands-on while establishing the workflows, methodologies, and standards. Helped hire and scale the team as the practice grew.

Sonos / Transforming Retail Shopping
Led UX design for Sonos's retail website during a complete brand transformation — replacing a dense, tech-heavy experience with a clean, modern shopping journey. Designed in 2012–2013, the core structure and experience still feels contemporary and shoppable today.
Fiat USA / Website & Vehicle Configurator
Hands-on UX design leadership for the Fiat USA website — a ground-up design and build supporting their entry into the US market, including a full car configurator.
Carl's Jr & Hardees / Website Redesign and Loyalty Program
Redesigned the brand websites with a more modern, immersive aesthetic — and led UX design on their mobile loyalty app, the first in the fast food industry to combine location awareness, check-ins, and rewards.
